"This is an examination of the drinking problem in business and industry, and the aggravation, anxiety and frustrations which are its cause. The one person who can help a problem drinker is his immediate supervisor. In fact, it is the supervisor's responsibility to ensure that an employee gets the help he needs. If the drinker is not helped, he will eventually have to be fired."
