Film Description:
"This film gives a factual introduction to life in Canada through the personal accounts of several immigrants from the British Isles. They describe their experiences upon arrival, their success or failure in finding the kind of work they wanted, the adjustments they had to make, and the many ways in which life in Canada differs from that in the old country. We see how things eventually work out for them, but not without a good deal of effort on their own parts."
