« The Investigation deals with the tumultuous events surrounding the RCMP's quest for Canada's most notorious serial killer, Clifford Olson. In 1981, Olson was considered the principal suspect by two young officers, each investigating separate cases. However, due to crossed wires and jurisdictional chaos, he was allowed to continue his murderous rampage until he was finally arrested and imprisoned.
