The second episode, Labouring for God, reports on the development of the nuns' work in Quebec society and of their mission. The social upheavals caused by the Quiet Revolution (in the sixties) mark the decline of their activities, which are leading to a redefinition of their mission. Today they are at the point where the State is withdrawing and they are considering new approaches.
