Citation de la réalisatrice [en anglais]

« Wander is a whirlwind of moments strung together depicting a human being pushing through grief and time to move forward and seek an individual's truth. I am in awe of all those people who fight for the light, hope and love on a daily basis. These Silent Warriors are often marginalized, alienated, judged, and if they are racialized disproportionally criminalized, targeted with discrimination and violence, and often, sadly their lives taken as they try to speak out. Even through the dizzying mania of grief and mental illness, Arthur fights for the truth and his beliefs at all costs. »

Citations sur Wander [en anglais]

« [In Wander] there is some pleasure to be had in watching an atypically frenetic Aaron Eckhart as a PTSD-afflicted loner wading deep into possibly-imagined evildoings in the Southwest, with Tommy Lee Jones and Heather Graham also welcome as two allies. Still, the film's hyperbolic style and convoluted storytelling tend to exhaust patience rather than build intrigue, making for a muddle whose too-many twists and turns ultimately seem meaningless as well as implausible. »
-- Dennis Harvey (source)

« [In Wander] the frantic filmmaking is obviously meant to reflect our hero's frantic mind, but it winds up giving you a migraine and actually undermines the whole setup: If Bretnik is already this crazy then why should we even bother following him all the way down the rabbit hole? »
-- Jordan Mintzer (source)

« Director April Mullen shoots Wander like a kinetic horror film, which results in some pretty cool sequences but also far too many quick-cut flashbacks to the deadly auto accident, which results in us feeling more annoyed and manipulated than intrigued. »
-- Richard Roeper (source)
