Description du film [en anglais] : « Set in the not-so-distant future, Anais Granofsky's The Limb Salesman looks at life on an unrecognizably frigid planet where water is as precious as oil and as intoxicating as booze. Mutations abound and virtually everything is for sale, including body parts—or at least the technology that makes limb regeneration possible. Enter Dr. Gabriel Goode (Peter Stebbings), who is summoned to a lonely, isolated mansion in the Great White North to regenerate limbs for Clara (Ingrid Veninger), the adopted daughter of wealthy industrialist Abe Fielder (Clark Johnson at his venemous best). From the outset, Gabriel knows something's not exactly right, an assumption that only grows stronger when he meets Abe's family. » -- Steve Gravestock (source) |
