« Heroics: Definitions, explores the discourse of power and achievement associated with the concept of heroism in our culture. Originally an installation, it places a series of interviews about self-defined 'heroic' achievements against constructed domestic settings. These settings refer to television situations which assume a female viewing audience; locations where women communicate their experiences to others and environments where women survive; endure; and achieve without recognition. »
