« A fourth 'city' video (after New York, Jakarta, Rome) which focused the camera on one architectural feature of each city and one segment of the population. In this case, I shot the faded, painted ads and signage on Winnipeg's downtown buildings and in a split frame beside these images are those of the people I saw on Portage Street on one sunny day in October. »
