« Designed to stimulate discussion, this film illuminates the fairly common tendency to go along with the crowd, to stay on the safe side of a difference of opinions. The story revolves around the paintings of a new artist. When the parents of a close friend first see her canvases they consider them odd and unconventional. After her work is discovered by a socially prominent family they do an about-face and join the chorus of approval. The film invites audience comment on independence and conformity of thought. »
